Had lunch right after they opened. Food was great - the chef's burger, as was our server, and who can resist checking out all the memorabilia? Pricey for burgers, but being HRC, that's typical.

We first visited this Hard Rock location June 8th and enjoyed it so much that we came back on June 11th. First the associates were amazing. Kind, fun and attentive! The food was perfect! Management Greene and Kevin made sure everything was perfect! Those two were very funny and made sure my son was having a great time! Our server Carli made sure our food and drinks were what we liked and also she was super friendly!!! Loved her!! Overall, we really enjoyed our time at The Hard Rock Orlando, it really added to our vacation! We will be back!! I highly recommend the Orlando location!! My son says to get more Green Day stuff!

Food was ok but maybe we ordered the wrong stuff. We had cheese sticks, burgers and chicken tenders with fries. Looked great and the service was amazing. Cool place.

Went the day before but it was closed for a private event, maybe ring beforehand to book a table. When i went again and it was open for everyone, I only had to wait a few minutes to be seated, servers were very attentive and food was delish, exactly what you'd expect from a Hard Rock Cafe.

I had an amazing time at the Hard Rock outdoor venue for a concert. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the ticket-checking process was smooth and quick. I'm definitely coming back!

Great place to go to. Set up so that you are not crowded by games. The outside coming sections are equally as nice. If you're in downtown Cincinnati go check it out. Have a great time. I suggest you not go to Brick Oven Pizza, 22 for a medium pie and I wasn't that good.

First time in a Hard Rock Casino and man did I have a great time. So many cool things to check out. I joined their player’s rewards program and you had a chance to win 10-200. I hit for 20 of promo money and was able to play slots with it. I sat down and started playing with only the 20 promo money and won 200! It was awesome never really play slots but had a good time.
